Welcome to DiggFinder. By using the service at diggfinder.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What DiggFinder is
DiggFinder is a discovery and organization tool for DJs. It connects to your Spotify account (with your permission) to read your library, enriches tracks with public metadata, and lets you build, share, and export crates to formats compatible with Rekordbox, Serato, and similar software.
2. Your account & Spotify
DiggFinder relies on Spotify for authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Spotify credentials secure. You can disconnect at any time from your Spotify account settings, which immediately revokes our access.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use DiggFinder to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
- Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to overload the Service.
- Don't impersonate other DJs or misrepresent crate authorship.
- Don't upload unlawful, harassing, or hateful content in crate names, comments, or profiles.
4. Content you create
Crates, comments, and reactions you publish on DiggFinder are visible to other users. You retain ownership of what you create; you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You can delete your content at any time.
5. Third-party data
Track and release metadata is provided by third parties including Spotify, Discogs, Last.fm, GetSongBPM, MusicBrainz, and WhoSampled. We cache and display this data for the purpose of music discovery; all rights remain with the respective providers. If you believe content sourced from a third party should be removed, see our DMCA & takedown policy.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that metadata, BPM, key, or sample lineage information is accurate or complete — always verify with the original source before performing or releasing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiggFinder and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
